Ziegler has been a volunteer for Breast Cancer walks as and Camp Del Corazon. This is a charity that assists children with heart diseases. Ziegler donates blood and platelets frequently to Children's Hospital. A bodybuilder and TV actor Ziegler was a part of Bones Castle Cold Case Hawaii Five-0. In 2015, she became a Dymatize-sponsored athlete.
